Except as may otherwise be provided by this Agreement, the development, use, maintenance, taxation, and ownership of the Property shall conform to the requirements of the City’s Municipal Code (including, but not limited to, the UDO and Building Code), the City’s ordinances, and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Owner shall comply with all requirements of the UDO, the City’s Municipal Code, the City Engineer, and applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.
