UDO definition

UDO means the Lancaster County Unified Development Ordinance adopted by the County Council of Lancaster County, as amended through the Agreement Date, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit E-3.
UDO means and refer to the Unified Development Ordinance adopted by City Council as may be amended from time to time.
