  • All inquiries and notices with respect to this Agreement shall be sent to the UCSD contact whose name and related information are set forth on Exhibit A.

  • The Company shall provide to UCSD those items listed in Exhibit A, if any, in a timely and secure manner so as to allow UCSD to perform its work.

  • As consideration for UCSD’s performance of the Services, the Company will pay UCSD the costs set forth on Exhibit A, incorporated by reference herein.
