Each commercial letter of credit we issue shall be subject to the version of the UCP600 and/or version of the eUCP stated in the applicable commercial letter of credit or Request.
We shall pay each commercial letter of credit and each documentary collection pursuant to its terms, the terms and conditions hereunder, and the UCP600, eUCP, or Uniform Rules for Collections (“URC 522”), where applicable.

The parties agree that UCP600 and other applicable international practices shall apply to the matters not provided or indefinitely provided in this agreement.
