• At your discretion you may issue the Credit subject in whole or in part to UCP600, and to the extent the Credit so indicates, the Credit shall be subject to UCP600.

• For each shipment of Product, the Buyer shall ensure that the L/C (referencing UCP600) is issued and received by the Seller no later than 10 business days prior to the month of the scheduled shipment.

• This Agreement shall be a contract made under, governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina without reference to its provisions regarding conflicts of laws, except when the laws of North Carolina conflict with UCP600, in which event the provisions of UCP600 shall govern.

• The parties agree that UCP600 and other applicable international practices shall apply to the matters not provided or indefinitely provided in this agreement.
