UCP600 definition

UCP600 means the Uniform Customs and Practices of Documentary Credits of the International Chamber of Commerce (Publication 600) as in effect from time to time.”
UCP600 means the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Publication No 600); "URR725" means the Uniform Rules for Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements under Documentary Credits published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Publication No 725); and “ISP98”, “UCP600” and “URR725” shall include such later versions of the respective documents in force at the time of the application. Any proceedings by us shall be instituted by us solely in the courts of Singapore unless the Bank otherwise agrees in writing. Any judgment or order of court made against the Bank shall not be enforceable or executed against any overseas branch of the Bank. We agree to waive and we hereby waive any right vested in us by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we carry on business to challenge the validity or legality of any part of this provision.
UCP600 means the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (2007 revision) International Chamber of Commerce, Publication 600.

  • Each commercial letter of credit we issue shall be subject to the version of the UCP600 and/or version of the eUCP stated in the applicable commercial letter of credit or Request.
