UCI Account means account no. 636283384 maintained with the Intercreditor Collateral Agent on behalf of and in the name of UCI.

Each of UCI and the Intercreditor Collateral Agent agrees that it shall not transfer any funds from the Lockbox Account to the Securitization Account or the UCI Account or to any other account unless such transfer is in accordance with Section 7 or Section 8 hereof.
