UCDA definition

UCDA means the Used Car Dealers Association of Ontario, a corporation without share capital incorporated under Part II of the Canada Corporations Act, or such successor corporation or association thereto;

Examples of UCDA in a sentence

  • As part of the evidence to be furnished pursuant to Section 5.01 of this Agreement, there shall be furnished to the Association an opinion or opinions satisfactory to the Association of counsel acceptable to the Association showing, on behalf of UCDA, that this Agreement has been duly authorized or ratified by, and executed and delivered on behalf of, UCDA and is legally binding upon UCDA in accordance with its terms.

  • The only explicit exception is the Uganda Coffee Development Authority (UCDA).

  • This Agreement shall come into force and effect on the date upon which the Association shall dispatch to UCDA notice of its acceptance of the evidence required by Section 5.01 of this Agreement.

  • Any action required or permitted to be taken, and any document required or permitted to be executed, under this Agreement on behalf of UCDA may be taken or executed by the Managing Director or such other person or persons as the Managing Director shall designate in writing, and UCDA shall furnish to the Association sufficient evidence of the authority and the authenticated specimen signature of each such person.

  • This Agreement shall not become effective until (a) the UCDA Subsidiary Grant Agreement shall have been duly executed by the Borrower and UCDA and (b) evidence satisfactory to the Association shall have been furnished to the Association that the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the UCDA Subsidiary Grant Agreement on behalf of UCDA have been duly authorized or ratified by UCDA’s Board.
