UCC1 means the form used for a new UCC filing.

  • Financing Statements The meaning specified in Section 9-102(a)(39) of the UCC.

  • FHA Mortgage Insurance means, mortgage insurance authorized under the National Housing Act, as amended from time to time, and provided by the FHA.

  • Patent Security Agreement means each Patent Security Agreement executed and delivered by Grantors, or any of them, and Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit B.

  • Docket means the docket in the Chapter 11 Cases maintained by the Clerk.
