UCC-3s definition
UCC-3s has the meaning set forth in Section 6(c)(2)(D).
UCC-3s means duly authorized assignments, amendments, or termination statements (whichever the Bank shall require) covering liens in the Collateral in favor of lenders other than the Bank.
UCC-3s shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 10(b)(ii)(F).
