UCC-2 definition

UCC-2 and "UCC-3": UCC financing statements on Form UCC-1, Form UCC-2 and Form UCC-3, respectively.
UCC-2 or "UCC 3" statement meeting the requirements of the Uniform Commercial Code of the relevant jurisdiction to reflect an assignment of a secured party's interest in collateral.
