UATP definition

UATP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(d).
UATP means Universal Air Travel Plan benefits granted to certain employees and directors and the cards issued for the exercise of such benefits (or, in the event of discontinuance of the UATP program, a similar charge card) permitting the purchase of air travel through direct billing to Continental or any successor thereto or Holdings or any successors thereto, as applicable.

Examples of UATP in a sentence

  • You will pay us the total amount payable in respect of each booking by way of your credit card or UATP account.

Related to UATP

  • Card means the Visa credit card and any duplicates, renewals, or substitutions the Credit Union issues to you; "account" means your Visa credit card line-of-credit account with the Credit Union; and "Credit Union" means the Credit Union whose name appears on this Agreement or anyone to whom the Credit Union transfers this Agreement.

  • Backsiphonage means the flow of water or other liquids, mixtures or substances into the potable water system from any source other than its intended source, caused by the reduction of pressure in the potable water system.

  • Card Network means a payment card network, including the network operated by each of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
