UAF Value definition
UAF Value means a dollar amount equal to eight (8) times UAF's income before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization for the 12-month period ended June 30, 1995, calculated based on the Financial Statements for such period in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied.
