UAE Law definition

UAE Law means all applicable laws prevalent and applicable in the United Arab Emirates;
UAE Law means applicable laws, regulations and instructions governing the Company in the United Arab Emirates.

  • At the Employee’s option, overtime will be paid either by way of time off in lieu or as overtime pay according to the UAE Law.

  • In the event of a material breach of the terms of this Agreement or misconduct by the Employee in accordance with the HR Policy and the UAE Law, DCCE may terminate this Agreement by written notice to the Employee with immediate effect.
