  • With termination, you must im- mediately stop using the typefaces and the software and delete all copies of the Typefaces and the software from all medias.

  • No royalty shall be due from OEM for Optional Package 35N when such Optional Package is distributed by OEM bundled with a Japanese Version configured in accordance with PARAGRAPH 1(B) ("List of Coded Font Programs for Japanese Typefaces") of SCHEDULE 2.
