Type III facility definition
Type III facility means a local detention facility used only for the detention of convicted and sentenced persons.
Type III facility means a facility used for disposing or processing of construction/demolition debris or woodwaste, composting organic waste to produce a usable material, or separating recyclable wastes (e.g., a construction/demolition-debris or woodwaste landfill, separation facility, or composting facility).
Type III facility means the same as defined in Rule 62-600.200, F.A.C. a wastewater facility having a design average daily flow of over 2,000 up to but not including 100,000 gallons per day.
