Type-C Meeting definition
Type-C Meeting means a meeting (other than a Type A or Type B meeting) between the FDA and a sponsor or applicant regarding the development and review of a product in a human drug.
Type-C Meeting means a type C meeting, including face-to-face, by teleconference, or video conference, within the meaning of the “Guidance for Industry, Formal Meetings between the FDA and Sponsors or Applicants” as published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services of the FDA, May 2009, Revision 1, and the equivalent thereof in the European Union.
Type-C Meeting means a ‘Type C Meeting’ as described in the FDA draft guidance for industry Formal Meetings Between the FDA and Sponsors or Applicants of PDUFA Products issued in March 2015.
