Type Bound Tooling definition

Type Bound Tooling means all tools, jigs, fixtures, moulds, models and other equipment that is exclusively used in connection with the manufacture or quality control of the Parts, regardless which Party has paid and/or owns the Type bound Tooling as further set out in Section 15.
Type Bound Tooling means tooling that are specific to certain Contract Products and that are unique to the Buyer.
Type Bound Tooling means all tools, jigs, fixtures, moulds, models and other equipment supplied by Shiloh Industries or specially manufactured or adapted for manufacture or quality control of the Parts.

More Definitions of Type Bound Tooling

Type Bound Tooling means tooling that are specific to certain Spare Parts and that are unique to the Buyer. “Vehicles” means the Polestar branded vehicles with the internal project name [***].
