Type B Equipment definition

Type B Equipment means the 120 used 120-ton high side rotary dump aluminum gondola railcars to be purchased by the Owner Trustee from the Lessee on the First Closing Date and/or the Second Closing Date, as described in Exhibit A to the Railcar Lease and the Lease Supplement
Type B Equipment means a white space device which is not intended for fixed use and which has a dedicated or integral antenna;

Examples of Type B Equipment in a sentence

  • The payment for each item of Type B Equipment shall be made according to the applicable individual value as set forth in Attachment B1 and is due and shall be effected on or before the respective Transfer Date.

Related to Type B Equipment

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;
