Type B Equipment definition

Type B Equipment means the 120 used 120-ton high side rotary dump aluminum gondola railcars to be purchased by the Owner Trustee from the Lessee on the First Closing Date and/or the Second Closing Date, as described in Exhibit A to the Railcar Lease and the Lease Supplement
Type B Equipment means a white space device which is not intended for fixed use and which has a dedicated or integral antenna;

Examples of Type B Equipment in a sentence

  • The payment for each item of Type B Equipment shall be made according to the applicable individual value as set forth in Attachment B1 and is due and shall be effected on or before the respective Transfer Date.

  • DPI or DPI Germany will pay to IFX the sum of seventeen million six hundred twenty-five thousand U.S. Dollars (US $17,625,000) plus VAT for the transfer of Type B Equipment as set forth in Attachment B1.
