Tyler Refinery definition
Tyler Refinery means the crude oil refinery (other than any Midstream Assets) owned by Delek Refining, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership, and located at or near Tyler, Texas.
Tyler Refinery has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Tyler Refinery means the refinery near Tyler, Texas owned by Refining and certain tanks, terminal and logistics and other assets related to such refinery.
Examples of Tyler Refinery in a sentence
Tanks 2, 9, 15, 18 and 154 at the Tyler Refinery (the “Under Construction Tanks”) are under construction and, as of the date of this Agreement, such construction is incomplete.
