Two-Generation Approach definition
Two-Generation Approach means addressing needs of the whole family, the both children and the parent(s), simultaneously. There are four (4) key components the Two- Generation Approach: 1) Educational Success; 2) Workforce Development and Economic Assets; 3) Health and Well-Being; and 4) Social Capital. This Approach includes strengthening and coordinating services to help families achieve stability.
