Two-family definition

Two-family means two dwelling units which are attached to one another. "Two family"
Two-family means a building on one lot containing two dwelling units only; each having entrances on the first floor, intended for the residential occupancy by two housekeeping units, each living independently of each other and each with its own sleeping, cooking and sanitary facilities. The dwelling units shall be entirely separated from one another by vertical walls or horizontal floors, unpierced except for access to the outside or to a common basement.
Two-family means two attached dwelling units forming a single structure connected by not less than eight feet of continuous floor, roof and walls.
