Examples of TWEC Stores in a sentence

  • All right, title and interest in, to and under all transferable licenses and permits held by the Company for the TWEC Stores, including, without limitation, those licenses and permits described on Schedule 2.1(b)(iii) (the “Permits”).

  • On the Closing Date, Merchant shall terminate those employees (“TWEC Store Employees”) employed at the TWEC Stores and Warehouse.
