TWC Area definition
TWC Area means any geographic area in which Time Warner Cable, Inc., its successors, currently existing subsidiaries thereof (so long as such subsidiaries remain subsidiaries) and any future subsidiaries which are at least fifty percent (50%) owned by Time Warner Cable (for the duration of such ownership and control) is currently delivering video, voice and/or data services to consumers.
