TVU means Tees Valley Unlimited being an unincorporated association of local authorities and other government bodies, persons and organisations acting in concert with the aim of implementing the Tees Valley City Region Business Case through the discharge of the functions set out in Schedule 1 and established and governed as set out in this Agreement.

TVU refer to TVU Networks Corporation and its subsidiary and affiliate companies. The term “party” refers to either You or Us (depending on the context), and the term “parties” refers to both You and Us.

Examples of TVU in a sentence

  • TVU will have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding against You in any court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive or other relief against you in the event that, in the opinion of TVU, such action is necessary or desirable to protect TVU’s Intellectual Property Rights.

  • The terms “We” “Our” “Ours” “Us” and “TVU” refer to TVU Networks Corporation and its subsidiary and affiliate companies.

  • To access and download the SDK and the API, You will need to create a TVU account if You do not already have one.

  • Under appropriate circumstances, TVU may suspend this Agreement in lieu of termination; in the event of suspension, Your rights under this Agreement may be reinstated in TVU’s sole discretion, subject to TVU receiving satisfactory assurances of Your future compliance.

  • TVU retains all Intellectual Property Rights that are not expressly granted to You in this Agreement.

  • In the event of any such unauthorized access or use, you must promptly notify TVU and cooperate with TVU to mitigate the damage.
