All franchises, franchise applications (if any), approvals, agreements, authorizations, ordinances, permits, licenses (including, without limitation, television translator station licenses, microwave licenses (including, without limitation, cable television relay service), business radio licenses and TVRO earth station registration), easements, registrations, qualifications, leases, variances and similar rights issued or obtained from any Governmental Authority.
