TV Service definition

TV Service means video and/or audio programming services such as basic, standard, digital and premium video services, provided on a per-channel or per-program basis, pay-per-view or video on demand, all as provided by Ziply Fiber. “TV Service” does not include streaming video services delivered over the internet.
TV Service means the television service and/or news agency service that is owned and/or operated by the Company as more particularly described in Section C on page 2 of this Agreement.

  • The TV Tariff Plan (the ‘Tariff’) to which You are subscribed is a Residential TV Service provided by Us. The Interactive TV Service is only provided in conjunction with a fixed voice Service registered with Us. You subscribe to the Tariff by signing an Agreement with Us.

  • If the fixed voice Service over which Your Interactive TV Service is provided is suspended or terminated, the Interactive TV Service will be suspended or terminated as well.

  • Zoo, for the Live TV Service, to be usage of more than 10 megabytes downloaded per month per service.

  • Customer shall take all necessary precautions to ensure that the TV Service is received only by authorized parties, and that no part of the TV Service is received at any other location, including but not limited to locations where an admission fee, cover charge, minimum or like sum is charged.

  • TV Service is available for use at commercial establishments and other non-residential buildings (such as a bar, restaurant, hospital, or commercial building).

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • broadcasting service means a single, defined service which consists in the broadcasting of television or sound material to the public or sections of the public or to the subscribers to such service;
