TV Program definition

TV Program means a set of moving images with or without sound, constituting an individual item within a schedule or a catalogue established by a media service provider and the form and content of which are comparable to the form and content of television broadcasting. Examples of programs include movies, sports events, situation comedies, documentaries, children’s programmers, and original drama;

  • As of the Amendment Effective Date, the Parties mutually agree that Biogen hereby irrevocably waives the Option, and Denali hereby terminates its grant to Biogen of the Option, under Section 2.2 of the ROFN, Option, and License Agreement to the Option TV Program, including without limitation any rights and obligations related thereto under the ROFN, Option, and License Agreement.

  • On the other hand, as Culture Development is not a foreign-invested enterprise, Culture Development and its subsidiaries can obtain and have obtained the relevant licenses required for conducting the Restricted Business in accordance with applicable PRC laws, namely, Radio and TV Program Production and Business Operation License ( 廣播電視節目製作經營許可證 ), Internet Content Provider License ( 電信與信息服務業務經營許可證 ) and Publication of Audio-Visual Programs through Information Network License ( 信息網絡傳播視聽節目許可證 ).

  • Accredited Practices will receive the AAHA benefits of the AAHA PetCARE TV Program by calling PetCARE TV toll-free at (888) 701-1202.

  • Where an advertiser has placed advertising in the TV Program and also in Lamaze Parents Magazine, a video/cassette under this Agreement, or any other publication or video through Life; Life shall make a fair and reasonable allocation of revenue received from such advertiser between the various advertising vehicles.

  • Fixed Assets and Equipment Schedule already provided Faith TV Owned Film and TV Program Library already provided None.

  • As is the case with the videos, ASPO/Lamaze's approval of any advertiser's participation in the TV Program shall not constitute ASPO/Lamaze's endorsement of the product or service being advertised, and neither Life nor any advertiser may imply to the public that ASPO/Lamaze has endorsed such a product or service.
