TV Access Services definition

TV Access Services shall have the meaning set forth in the Certificate of Incorporation.

TV Access Services means the provision by any Person of network access (irrespective of bandwidth or transmission media, including, without limitation, cable, fiber optics and satellite) to online and/or internet services to end users of the television platform by means of cable or satellite transmission.

Examples of TV Access Services in a sentence

  • The terms and conditions of any agreements with, or any other transactions with, and the conduct and settlement of any Action involving, any third parties relating to TV Access Services or Wireless Access Services in the Territory.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.

  • Broadband Internet access service means a mass-market retail service by wire or radio that provides the capability to transmit data to and receive data from all or substantially all Internet endpoints, including any capabilities that are incidental to and enable the operation of the communications service, but excluding dial-up Internet access service.   • Access Service means access to a local exchange network for the purpose of enabling a provider to originate or terminate telecommunication services within the local exchange. Except for end-user common line services, access service does not include access service to a person who is not a provider.

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

Switched Access does not include traffic exchanged between LECs for purpose of local exchange interconnection.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.
