Tutor Payments definition
Tutor Payments means reasonable payments made to qualified persons who shall be employed by the DOE on the basis of temporary contracts, or stipends in addition to existing formal teaching positions, to teach in the non-formal education programs or coordinate the implementation thereof at local level.
