Turnover Packages definition

Turnover Packages means the complete work and quality control documentation in content reasonably acceptable to Owners, submitted by Contractor to Owners pursuant to Section 2.14, which demonstrates that specified Work has been sufficiently completed in accordance with this Agreement to allow turnover over to Owners and closure of related ITAACs, subject to Punch List items that Owners agree may be completed following such turnover.
Turnover Packages means the documentation (including without limitation drawings, start-up procedures, log sheets, settings, and other items) in content acceptable to Owner, submitted by Contractor to Owners pursuant to Section 3.5(q), which demonstrates that the systems comprising the Facility have been completed in accordance with this Agreement.
Turnover Packages has the meaning given to that term in Section 5.1 below.

Examples of Turnover Packages in a sentence

  • Contractor shall create, maintain, update and compile Turnover Packages during the course of the Work and will deliver to Owners such Turnover Packages prior to, and as a condition of, Turnover for such Equipment.

  • The Turnover Packages will contain all necessary testing protocols, check sheets and walk- through check lists that verify each system’s performance.

  • Both parties shall carry out their obligations pursuant to the Turnover Packages in a phased approach as the systems and sub-systems achieve a state of completion, this can occur prior to Substantial Performance being achieved.

  • The Landlord’s obligations include rectifying any Material Deficiencies and any deficiencies that are identified by Tenant or its representatives (punch list items) during execution of the Turnover Packages or during walk-throughs.

  • The Landlord will then create Turnover Packages for the systems and sub-systems to adequately commission the system or sub-system to a set of criteria that is agreed upon with the Tenant and consistent with cGMP requirements to ensure they perform according to their intended design and specifications (the “Turnover Packages”).

  • Documents to be submitted to CH2MHILL shall include The Quality Plan, Inspectors Qualifications, Inspection and Test Plans, NDT Procedures, Welding Procedures, Testing Procedures and System Turnover Packages.

  • Contractor shall create, maintain, update and compile Turnover Packages during the course of the Work and will deliver to Owners such Turnover Packages prior to, and as a condition of, Mechanical Completion or Final Completion as applicable.

  • The Tenant and Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to review, agree upon and finalize the Turnover Packages.
