Subject to a written agreement between you and TURNKEY FOREX to the contrary, you may only use Turnkey Forex System for your own personal use.
Subject to your Account meeting the Margin Requirement, TURNKEY FOREX will use reasonable commercial efforts to execute any Order you submit to TURNKEY FOREX through the Turnkey Forex System, in accordance with its terms, and at the prevailing Exchange Rate at the time such Order is received at TURNKEY FOREX’s server.
Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to Turnkey Forex System are protected by the laws of Seychelles and international treaty provisions.
You acknowledge that in a rapidly changing market the Exchange Rate presented to you on the Turnkey Forex System may no longer remain in effect at the time your Order is executed at TURNKEY FOREX’s server, and you agree that any Trade resulting from the execution of such Order shall be at the Exchange Rate in effect at the time such Order is executed at TURNKEY FOREX’s server.
You may not redistribute any currency exchange rates contained within Turnkey Forex System.
All copyright, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights in Turnkey Forex System shall remain at all times the sole and exclusive property of TURNKEY FOREX and you shall have no right or interest in or to Turnkey Forex System, except the right to access and use Turnkey Forex System as provided for in this Agreement.
TURNKEY FOREX may, without notice to you, unilaterally initiate and execute one or more Close Out Orders for some or all of your Open Positions, in the event that the value of the assets in your Account is determined by Turnkey Forex System to be less than the Margin Requirement.
You acknowledge that TURNKEY FOREX may, in its sole discretion, make changes to the Turnkey Forex System User Interface Reference Manual and any trading instructions on the TURNKEY FOREX Web site and that such changes will be binding upon you.
Any Order you enter into Turnkey Forex System, and any Trade or Contract executed by TURNKEY FOREX under this Agreement shall be initiated electronically in accordance with Section 8, and where applicable, pursuant to the Turnkey Forex System User Interface Reference Manual in effect at the time of the initiation of any such Order, Trade, or Contract, as modified by any additional instructions or amendments then posted on the TURNKEY FOREX Web site.
You acknowledge that you are aware of the risks of engaging in currency trading and that you have been given the opportunity, prior to trading currency using Turnkey Forex System, to first familiarize yourself with currency trading using Turnkey Forex Practice.
