Turnkey Budget definition
Turnkey Budget is defined in Section 10 hereof.
Turnkey Budget has the meaning given to the Term in Schedule C. Certain ternis which have been defined within specific sections of this Lease for use solely within those sections, or the Article within which such section is located, are not referred to above.
Examples of Turnkey Budget in a sentence
The revisions to the Turnkey Budget pursuant to the foregoing shall continue until the earlier of there being (i) a revised Turnkey Budget reflecting no Excess Cost, or (ii) the District agreeing to pay the Excess Cost pursuant to Section 10(a) above, at which time the applicable Turnkey Budget shall be the approved Turnkey Budget, and Landlord shall proceed with the work in accordance with this Work Exhibit.
Within 10 Business Days of Landlord’s receipt of the District’s Value Engineering, Landlord shall prepare a revised Turnkey Budget and submit the same, including the revised Budget Costs, to the District.
When you obtain a license for a new Software Version, your Software License for the earlier Version will terminate.
