Turf grasses definition

Turf grasses means any species of grasses commonly bred and designated for use in Colorado landscapes as an irrigated residential lawn or an irrigated open space or common area.
Turf grasses means grasses commonly used in regularly cut lawns or play areas including bluegrass, fescue or rye grass blends or any other similar grasses.

  • Turf grasses on any lot within the Project shall be limited to Zoysia, Buffalo or Bermuda grasses.
