Turbine Height definition
Turbine Height means: The distance from the surface of the tower foundation to the highest point of the turbine rotor plane.
Turbine Height. The distance from the surface of the tower foundation to the tip of the uppermost blade when in a vertical position. For the Wild ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Wind Farm, this height is approximately 492 feet.
Turbine Height. The distance from the surface of the tower foundation to the tip of the uppermost blade when in a vertical position. For the Groton Wind Power Project, this height is approximately 399 feet.

The setback distance between a Wind Turbine tower and a Non-Participating Landowner’s existing Occupied Building shall be not less than three times the Turbine Height.
