Tundra Source Code means all source code that is part of the Owned Tundra IP;

  • To the knowledge of Tundra and assuming that the consents disclosed in Section 21 of the Tundra Disclosure Letter have been obtained, the consummation of the Transactions will not constitute a condition sufficient to entitle the beneficiary under any source code escrow arrangement to require release of any Tundra Source Code for any current Tundra product.

  • Company Source Code means the source code for any Software included in the Customer Offerings or Internal Systems or other confidential information constituting, embodied in or pertaining to such Software.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
