Tuition base definition
Tuition base means, with respect to a participant's school district, the formula amount defined in division (B) of section 3317.02 of the Revised Code multiplied by the district's cost-of-doing-business factor defined in division (N) of section 3317.02 of the Revised Code. The participant's "school district" in the case of a participant enrolled in a community school shall be the school district in which the student is entitled to attend school under section 3313.64 or 3313.65 of the Revised Code.
