Tuition Balance definition

Tuition Balance means the balance of the full tuition amount specified on Exhibit A hereto, which must be timely paid in order to facilitate and maintain access to the VSA Course as described in Section 2 below.

Examples of Tuition Balance in a sentence

  • In consideration for and subject to Student’s timely payment of the Registration Fee and Student’s continued advanced payment thereafter of the Initial Installment Payment (if applicable) and the full Tuition Balance – either in full or via mutually-agreed financing terms – VSA will provide Student access to the VSA Course during the Enrollment Period according to the terms and conditions provided herein.

  • Either the full Tuition Balance in the amount of Five Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Six Dollars ($5,456) or the Initial Installment Payment (if student is financing tuition) is due no later than four (4) weeks prior to the date on which the student chooses to begin the online- only portion of the DTC or the In-Person Track Registration Deadline, whichever is earlier.

  • UVU will award the scholarships automatically • Example: o UVU tuition per semester $2,561 o Student receives Pell Grant for $1,000 o Difference: $1,561 o UVU provides a scholarship for $1,561 o Tuition Balance: $0 SALT LAKE COMMUNITY COLLEGE -- SLCC Promise: helps eligible students pay for their education by covering the cost of tuition & fees when federal grants fall short.

  • Purchaser shall deliver to Seller a copy of such audited balance sheet, together with (i) a report which presents, in summary, the Deferred Tuition Balance, the Student Receivable Balance, and the Title IV Reimbursement Receivable (each as determined in accordance with Schedule 2.2) and (ii) a calculation of the Accounts Receivable Adjustment in accordance with Schedule 2.2 hereto, within such thirty (30) day period.

  • Either the full Tuition Balance in the amount of Five Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Five Dollars ($5,455) or the Initial Installment Payment (if student is financing tuition) is due no later than four (4) weeks prior to the Course Start Date.
