TTS Contracts definition
TTS Contracts means all agreements, contracts, licenses, indentures, notes, including any instrument relating to the borrowing of money, guarantee or commitment to which TTS is a party or by which it or any of TTS Assets are bound, whether in writing or oral, but excluding Benefit Programs or Agreements;
