TTMS definition

TTMS means Telecommunication Traffic Monitoring System.
TTMS means toll and traffic management system, including transportation management system equipment, communications equipment, and associated hardware and physical infrastructure and other computer hardware and software (including both the tolling subsystem and Express Operations Center traffic management subsystem), in each case as set forth on Exhibit B-1.
TTMS is defined in the definition of Gross Revenues in this Lease.

  • Portable Traffic Monitoring Site (PTMS) or a Telemetry Traffic Monitoring Site (TTMS) may exist within the vicinity of your proposed work.

  • Member retains the right to instruct TTMS and/or its Affiliates to discontinue its services at any time with or without cause.

  • If TTMS or its Affiliate is engaged to provide emergency response services and Member has not secured access to the work site(s) or staging areas from which the work site may be reached by land or water, TTMS or its Affiliates may make arrangements that are reasonable under the circumstances with docks, landowners, marinas or other facilities to provide such access and these will be billed to Member on a cost plus 15% basis.

  • Member’s obligation to pay for goods and/or services provided hereunder is not conditioned upon Member’s recovery from any third party or underwriter, nor will TTMS or its Affiliate look directly to any third party or underwriter for payment in the absence of a written agreement to do so, signed by an officer of TTMS or its Affiliate.

  • TTMS and its Affiliates will at all times have the authority to and shall control the details of the work to be performed by it.

  • If TTMS and/or its Affiliates mobilize personnel and equipment at Member’s request, Member will remain obligated to pay for such personnel and services on a portal to portal basis in accordance with TTMS and/or its Affiliates current price list, even if TTMS and/or its Affiliates are ordered to discontinue efforts before any services have been performed on site.

  • In order to facilitate the provision of services to Member by TTMS or its Affiliate under urgent or emergency circumstances, TTMS or Affiliate is authorized to provide Spill Response Resources or Other Services to Member pursuant to the terms hereof upon the oral or written request of any Qualified Individual listed in the Oil Spill Response Plan of Member, any officer of Member and the following persons or classes of persons.

  • For planning purposes only, TTMS is capable of having the Spill Response Resources mobilized and en route to an oil spill within two (2) hours of notification to TTMS at an average speed of at least 35 miles per hour for equipment traveling over land and 5 knots for equipment traveling by water.

  • The Parties affirm that TTMS and its Affiliates are independent contractors.

  • Once a revised TTMS Work Schedule is reviewed and approved by Concessionaire hereunder, it shall become the TTMS Work Schedule and be used as the basis for subsequent Monthly Progress Reports.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Fiserv means the Company, its direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliated entities, successors, and assigns.

  • POS means point of sale.

  • ATMs means automated teller machines.
