TTLA definition

TTLA means Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
TTLA means the Technology Transfer and License Agreement for 68-50NM Process Nodes, made and entered into as of April 21, 2008, by and between the Guarantor and NTC, as amended, amended and restated, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time.
TTLA shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.5(a) of this Agreement. “[***]” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.5(a) of this Agreement.

  • Upon the assignment to NTC, NTC shall have the right to offset its payment obligations payable under the TTLA against any right or claim so assigned to NTC; provided that NTC may make any such offset only with respect to amounts that are past due under the Loan Documentation.

  • The Technology Transfer Agreement for 68-50nm Process Nodes (“TTA 68-50”) is hereby terminated (including any provisions that, pursuant to the TTLA 68-50, are expressly stated to survive termination) effective retroactively as of the Effective Date (“TTA 68-50 Termination”).

  • In the event the parties are not able to reach agreement on a neutral arbitrator, the arbitrator will be selected by the TTLA President.

  • In the event the parties cannot agree on a neutral mediator, the parties agree to allow the then duly elected TTLA President to recommend three mediators, from which the parties shall select a mediator.

  • The terms and conditions of this Agreement and the TTLA 68-50 shall be considered “Confidential Information” under the Micron-NTC Mutual NDA for which Micron and NTC shall be considered a “Receiving Party” under such agreement.

  • Micron represents and warrants to NTC that the Transferred Technology transferred to NTC pursuant to Section 3.1 of the TTLA 68-50 includes the state thereof used by Micron as of the Effective Date in the production of Stack DRAM Products on its or its Affiliates' 68nm Process Node.
