  • In any of these circumstances, Tender Forms and TTE Instructions will cease to have any effect.

  • Normal system timings and limitations will therefore apply in connection with a TTE Instruction and its settlement (in particular, settlement cannot take place on weekends, bank holidays or other times at which the CREST system is non-operational and TTE Instructions should be input accordingly).
