TTCU definition

TTCU or “credit union” or “we” or “us” or “our”), and you (“you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions for your use of all services accessed through the online digital banking services portal on the TTCU Federal Credit Union website or through our Mobile App (each individually a “Service” and collectively the “Digital Banking Services” or, the “Services”). We may require you to submit to, and execute, separate Services Addenda in addition to this Agreement, prior to providing certain Services to you. You understand and agree that this Agreement and the Related Agreements are the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties with respect to the Services provided to you by credit union, and supersede any prior agreements between credit union and you with respect to such Services. You acknowledge that you have received this Agreement, and any Related Agreements, and that use of the Services will constitute acceptance by you of the Agreements and Related Agreements. Examples of TTCU in a sentence

  • When the image of the check transmitted to TTCU is converted to an Image Replacement Document for subsequent presentment and collection, it shall thereafter be deemed an "item" within the meaning of Articles 3 and 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the image quality of the items must comply with the requirements established from time to time by TTCU, American National Standards Institute, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Board, or any other regulatory agency, clearinghouse or association.

  • In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible hardware and software as specified by TTCU from time to time.

  • Unless you notify TTCU within 60 days, such statement regarding all deposits made through the Services shall be deemed correct, and you are prohibited from bringing a claim against TTCU for such alleged error.

  • You agree that TTCU is not liable for any loss, costs, or fees you may incur as a result of our chargeback of an ineligible item.

  • During the time the retained check is available, you agree to promptly provide it to TTCU upon request.

  • You authorize the Credit Union to deduct any such fees from any TTCU account in your name.
