Nothing in the Agreement shall be deemed to limit or restrict TTCM BM or any of its members, managers, agents or employees from buying, selling or trading in any securities or other assets for their own accounts, and the Money Manager acknowledges that TTCM BM, its members, managers, agents and employees, and other Money Managers of TTCM BM, may at any time acquire, increase, decrease or dispose of positions in Investments which are at the same time being acquired, held or disposed of for the account.
A true, complete and correct copy of each of the Satellite Contract and the TTC&M Contract as currently in effect (including all exhibits, schedules and documents referred to therein or delivered pursuant thereto, if any), together with any amendments thereto.

A certificate of a Responsible Officer of the Customer to the effect that all national and local Telecommunications Approvals that are necessary or, in the opinion of AEF, desirable for the construction and launch of the Satellite, the provision of services to the transponders, if applicable, and the construction of the TTC&M Facilities and the Project in general have been obtained and are in full force and effect and unrestricted and unconditional, together with certified copies of all such approvals.
All Money Manager accounts that have been inactive for more than 3 months will be permanently suspended at TTCM BM’s discretion.
The trading signals shall be provided to TTCM BM in the manner acceptable to TTCM BM.
NSS shall also grant to Contractor an irrevocable (subject to the limitations provided for herein), non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license (which Contractor may sublicense to any qualified third party) to use the NSS codes, documentation, procedures and information provided under this clause (b) solely for the purpose of performing TTC&M of the Spacecraft and continuing to provide services to NSS-8 Customers.
