TTA Payment definition
TTA Payment means an amount equal to any Transaction Termination Amount payable by the Issuer upon Mandatory Redemption of the Notes.

As soon as practicable following receipt of the TTA Payment into the TTA Account, the Custodian will send the Calculation Agent a TTA Payment Receipt Notice.
