  • Responsibility for Trade Transaction The Bank is not involved with, or does not have any responsibility for, a Trade Transaction between the Company and the Counterpart of the Company (including, without limitation, the arrangement for utilizing the TSU Payment Service or BPO for the relevant Trade Transaction).
