  • This Project Development and Construction Contract ("Contract") is made as of this 21st day of April 1998 between Tyco Submarine Systems Ltd., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, ("TSSL" or "Contractor") and Pacific Crossing Ltd., a company organized and existing under the laws of Bermuda (hereinafter referred to as "Purchaser").

  • TSSL shall, at its expense, provide HOST AMERICA with necessary and sufficient refrigeration, freezer space, heat, light, water, gas and electricity for the operations of the dining food service and vending service.
