TSS Closing definition
TSS Closing means the “Closing” as defined in that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of October 25, 2018 by and among Parent, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Software Systems, Inc., a Texas corporation and the other parties named therein.
Examples of TSS Closing in a sentence
Borrowers shall deliver to Bank the following, each in form and substance satisfactory to Bank: (a) within thirty (30) days following the TSS Closing, (i) insurance certificates and endorsements evidencing the addition of Bank as an additional insured and lose payee under TSS’s insurance policies; and (b) account control agreements with respect to TSS’s bank accounts maintained outside of Bank.
