TSPPM Unit means the Transport Sector Planning and Project Monitoring Unit, established pursuant to letter number 102/8613 from the Director General of MCW to the Director General of the Borrower’s Planning Bureau, dated August 20, 1987, and to be maintained in accordance with Section 4.02 (a) of this Agreement;
