TSK Finance Document definition

TSK Finance Document means each of the TSK Loan Agreement, the TSK Intercreditor Agreement, the TSK Subordination Agreement, the TSK Security Documents, the TSK Hedging Agreement and any other document designated by the TSK Lenders and the TSK Borrowers as a TSK Finance Document. All such documents together are hereinafter referred to as the "TSK Finance Documents".

Related to TSK Finance Document

  • Finance Document means this Agreement, any Fee Letter, any Accession Letter, any Resignation Letter and any other document designated as such by the Agent and the Company.

  • Finance Documents means these Terms and Conditions, the Agency Agreement and any other document designated by the Issuer and the Agent as a Finance Document.

  • Principal Finance Documents means the Credit Agreement, the Senior Secured Note Indenture, the Intercreditor Arrangements and any Additional Agreement.

  • Service Document means a claim form, application notice, order, judgment or other document relating to any Proceedings;

  • Senior Finance Documents has the meaning given to the term “Finance Documents” in the Senior Facilities Agreement.
