TSF Notice definition
TSF Notice means a written notice delivered by the MPF Provider to all MPF Banks setting forth the Annual Percentage Rate for the TSF Loans acquired in a calendar year and the TSF Floor or formula for determining the TSF Floor for that calendar year. Other terms used herein shall be defined as set forth in this Agreement. Any capitalized term used herein, which is not so defined, shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Guides, the ▇▇▇▇▇ or Servicing Transfer Agreements. The singular shall include the plural as the context may require.
