Examples of TSDC in a sentence

  • All Products and parts replaced by TSDC shall become the property of TSDC upon replacement.

  • If, because of a future update to the TSDC methodology this improvement is added to the TSDC Project List before commencement of construction of the improvement, the Party constructing the improvement may apply for TSDC credits based on the City's TSDC methodology and code in effect at that time.

  • If a 25,000 SF general light industrial use is developed instead, that use’s TSDC obligation would have been $209,700 (25.00 x $8,388, the Fixed SDC Rate), but when offset by the waived TSDC, $81,720 would be owed ($209,700 - $127,980).
