  • An agreement formed pursuant to the Ts & Cs will be deemed to have been entered into at the Company’s place of business.

  • If GST is payable on any taxable supply made by one party (Supplier) to another (Recipient) under an agreement the subject of the Ts & Cs, then the Recipient will not be required to pay any amount to the Supplier in respect of that taxable supply unless it has first received a tax invoice from the Supplier.

  • The Customer acknowledges that by virtue of the Ts & Cs the Company has a security interest in the Products and their proceeds (and in any goods subject to clause 12.3) and to the extent applicable, the PPS Act applies to any agree- ment pursuant to the Ts & Cs.

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • Supplier of water means any person who owns or operates a public water system.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Service Plan means the Operating Plan and Budget appended as Schedules A and D2a of Schedule D;

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Nursing Service Plan means the plan that is developed by a registered nurse based on an initial nursing assessment, reassessment, or an update made to a nursing assessment as the result of a monitoring visit.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including Specially Written Software and Assigned Software and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;

  • Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).
